1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and by777 (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the by777 platform available at https://by777.cam (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplemental policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. by777 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

The following capitalised terms carry the meanings assigned below throughout these Terms:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-bet credits or matched-deposit credits awarded to a User subject to applicable wagering requirements.

• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any territory in which access to or participation in the Platform is prohibited under applicable law.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds or a deposit amount must be played through before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on by777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the law of your country or jurisdiction of residence.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person and are not using a false identity, alias or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer or director of by777, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from by777 or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration & KYC

Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

by777 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before processing any withdrawal request, the Company may require you to submit documentation including, but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (national identity card, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address no older than three months (utility bill, bank statement or government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership — for example, a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your registered name.
• Source of funds documentation, where required by applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

by777 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account pending completion of KYC procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in permanent Account closure and return of uninvested deposits, net of any applicable deductions under these Terms.

5 Terms of Use

Access to the Platform is provided on a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable basis. You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You acknowledge and agree to the following conditions of use:

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including activity by any third party who accesses the Account with or without your authorisation.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with the methods, limits and processing windows displayed in the Platform's cashier at the time of the transaction. by777 reserves the right to add, remove or modify available payment methods at any time.

6.1 Deposits

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• by777 does not accept cash deposits. All transactions must be processed through the available electronic payment channels listed in the cashier.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. The Company will not process withdrawals to unverified Accounts.

• Processing times are indicative and may vary due to payment provider procedures, banking hours or additional verification requirements.
• by777 reserves the right to conduct additional security or AML checks before approving any withdrawal, which may temporarily delay processing.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

by777 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, as well as the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible Users only once unless otherwise specified. Creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• by777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time, provided that this does not retroactively affect Bonus Funds already credited and in active use in good faith.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

• Once a Wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.

• Operating or accessing more than one Account on the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, insider betting or any other form of fraud in connection with sporting events or casino games.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated scripts, bots or any software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Systematically exploiting bonus structures ("bonus hunting") in a manner that circumvents the intended purpose of promotional offers.
• Allowing a minor (under the required minimum age) to access or use your Account.

10 Responsible Gambling

by777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible directly from account settings without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over a defined time period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game assets and trademarks — is the property of by777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, scrape or commercially exploit any element of the Platform or its content.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by777 excludes all liability for:

• Any gambling losses incurred by a User on the Platform.
• Loss of data, profits or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Technical failures, interruptions, delays or errors affecting the Platform or any payment processing system.
• Unauthorised access to a User's Account where such access results from the User's failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• Any loss arising from the User's reliance on information provided by the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to a data-feed error.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, by777's total liability to any User in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User to the Platform during the same period.

13 Suspension & Termination

by777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company determines at its sole discretion that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The User's activity is suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to by777.

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance (after deduction of pending bonus obligations and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the User via the registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Account closure does not affect any obligations already incurred prior to closure.

14 Amendments

by777 may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Where required by applicable law or in the Company's discretion, Users may also be notified of changes via email or an in-platform notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.

15 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which by777 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

by777 does not represent that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for assessing the legality of gambling in their own location before registering or placing Wagers.
